PRSI Harmony – June 2025 – Operation Sindoor: Colour of courage
On National Public Relations Day 2025, PRSI organized various activities to highlight the theme: Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence: The Role of Public Relations. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the PR landscape by enhancing media monitoring, content creation, and analysis. AI tools enable PR professionals to automate tasks, create personalized content, and respond to emerging issues more efficiently. However, it also raises concerns about transparency and authenticity. Despite AI’s advancements, the human touch in PR remains essential. The celebration saw participation from PRSI Chapters and universities, collectively promoting awareness and societal change.

The September-October 2024 edition of Harmony showcases the dynamic initiatives and events spearheaded by the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) to foster community engagement and professional growth. The edition highlights the PRSI Jaipur Chapter’s environmental and cultural contributions through their Photo Contest Awards and the “Plant for Mother” program. The PRSI National Quiz 2024 Nationally promotes excellence in knowledge and skill among budding PR professionals. The Chhattisgarh Governor’s invitation by the National President Dr Ajit Pathak, Secretary General , Dr PLK Murthy and PRSI Chhattisgarh Chairman, Dr Shahid Ali to the 46 th All India Public Relations Conference signifies the greater scale of the first ever Conference in the state. The edition reviews insightful seminars, such as discussing career opportunities in public relations and the relationship between journalists and PR professionals, alongside a talk show by the PRSI Jaipur Chapter and a university on mass communication career paths. The PRSI Ahmedabad Chapter’s initiatives are also in focus, with their roundtable on publication challenges and student engagement at Gujarat University. Additionally, the observance of National Public Relations Education Day and the PRSI Hyderabad Chapter’s MoUs highlight ongoing educational advancements and industry collaborations. PRSI continues to inspire society and amplify public relations’ role in societal progress through these diverse programs.
