Good morning,
Congratulations to Shri Heeralal Samariya Sir.
He is a very nice gentleman and a good human being. I know his style of working personally as he was Director (Personnel, Administration & Welfare) for The Singareni Collieries Co.Ltd two decades ago (1998 to 2000 or so). He initiated various administrative reforms during his tenure in our company. Particularly, initiated a new PR and communication policy under the leadership of then C&MD Sri APVN Sarma, IAS, which helped make the company’s turnaround i.e. from ?1219 crores losses to profit making company today. It was a fortunate and proud feeling working his tenure and being part of implementing PR strategies and ideas in making the company a profit making. He was also Chief Vigilance Officer of our company and eradicated corruption. First time in the history Trade union elections conducted during his tenure which helped the company become strikes free from 475 strikes in a year’s record. Most successful personality and excellent PR man. Just sharing.
Regards
